There are a couple out there but in my experience with Oblivion they just try to do too much and completely break the game. You can tack Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul on there too for even more stuff as well as new mechanics like taming animals and crafting.įor gameplay, I have not found any decent guide I can just recommend here. (And if you are fairly mod-savvy you can pick and choose elements from each of course.) It is designed to work well with the author's other guide that uses the massive Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul to add more reasons to explore, re-balance the difficulty and scaling, and add more enemies and items. So I'm actually going to recommend Oblivion Vanilla Enhanced. Okay, for graphics there is the always popular Bevilex's Modlist, it looks fantastic overall but had quite a few inconsistencies when I play-tested it that would only be exacerbated alongside other mods.
